1. What is Powerplanetonline?

Powerplanetonline is an e-commerce company selling consumer electronics to consumers and businesses across Europe. If there is something that defines us, it is our passion for new technologies and our determination to make them accessible to everyone. This makes us always be at the forefront of the market, with the commitment to always offer the best price.

2. Is it Powerplanetonline or Powerplanet?

The official name is Powerplanetonline, but soon after we became popular, we saw that most users referred to our online store as Powerplanet. Powerplanet and Powerplanetonline are the same website, so you can choose the name you like the most for our e-commerce store.

3. Why is Powerplanetonline different?

At Powerplanetonline we have an extensive catalogue of products that is constantly growing, most of them being in stock and with a shipping time of 24 hours. To this we must add our extraordinary human team, made up of around 40 people at your service, and our own specialised technical service to help you solve any incident you may have with our products.

4. Where is Powerplanetonline located?

Our facilities are located in C/ Balsón de Guillén, 8, 30850 Totana (Murcia), in Spain. This is where we process orders and from where we ship the items available on our website.

5. Does Powerplanetonline have a physical shop?

Yes, all our products in stock are available for you to take them home instantly. Our shop, like our offices, is located in C/ Balsón de Guillén, 8, 30850 Totana (Murcia), in Spain. 

You can come visit us whenever you want, our opening hours are: Monday to Friday from 10:00h to 14:00h and from 17:00h to 20:30h.

6. Does Powerplanetonline sell its products through marketplaces or other sites?

No. At Powerplanetonline we sell our products exclusively through our website www.powerplanetonline.com.

7. Where do you ship to?

We ship our products regularly to any part of mainland Spain and Portugal, to France and also to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, the Azores, Madeira, Ceuta and Melilla. 

We also ship our products to most European countries, such as Belgium, Germany, Greece, Italy, United Kingdom, Poland, Ireland and, in short, to any other country where you need to receive your order.

8. What payment methods are available on Powerplanetonline?

At Powerplanetonline we have the following payment methods, which will be available depending on the country from which you send your purchase:

  • Credit or debit card. Payment is made through a virtual point of sale (POS) and in compliance with the PSD2 directive, so that the transaction is completely secure.
  • Cash on delivery (minimum order of 3,95€ and with a commission of 5% of the order value).
  • Bizum.
  • Multibanco (No minimum order and with a commission of 2.9% of the order value).
  • Payment in instalments with Aplázame. (Up to 36 instalments at 16% APR).
  • Cash or card at the store.

9 . What is the warranty period for purchases from Powerplanetonline?

Your purchases at Powerplanetonline have a 3-year warranty except for refurbished products, which have a 1-year warranty, and products that are subject to wear and tear during use because of their nature, which have a 6 months warranty.

10 . How much time do I have to return my purchase at Powerplanetonline?

Whenever you buy from Powerplanetonline, you have a period of 30 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal, starting from the moment the order is delivered. However, there are a series of exceptions to this rule that you can consult in the warranty section of our website.

11. How can I contact Powerplanetonline?

You can contact us whenever you need to via the help button in the bottom right-hand corner of the contact section of our website. 

You can also call us on +34 868 11 00 41 from 8:00h to 14:00h and from 15:00h to 18:00h from Monday to Friday (except national holidays). Our customer service team will be happy to help you with any questions you may have.

12. How can I use a discount coupon or voucher?

To use a discount coupon or voucher, just follow these steps:

  • Log in. If you don't have an account just create your new account.
  • Put the products you want to buy in the shopping cart.
  • Enter the coupon or voucher code in the drop-down menu in the shopping cart.

Remember that vouchers are personal and non-transferable, as they are associated with your customer account.

13. How do I know the availability of an item on the Powerplanetonline website?

You can check availability on the product page before purchasing.

The availability of the item can be:

  • Receive it up tomorrow: Means that the item is in stock in our warehouse, ready to be shipped immediately.
  • Receive it on a specific date: Means that the product is on its way to our facilities and will be ready for delivery on the date indicated.
  • Receive it between a range of dates: Means that the product has not yet been shipped by our supplier and is not on its way to our facilities. Therefore, we cannot specify the exact day on which you will be able to receive it; that is why the availability is indicated in the date range in which we expect it to be ready for shipment.
  • No estimated arrival date: This availability is shown when we do not have an expected arrival date for the item.

14. When will my order arrive?

We will inform you promptly of any changes that occur in the status of your order from the time you place it until it leaves our facilities. Logically, the shipment of the article will be determined by its availability. That is to say, if you buy a product that will be available in X days, we will not be able to ship it until it is available in our warehouse, regardless of the type of shipment you chose when you made the purchase.

15. I am interested in a product that is not in stock, how can I find out when it will be available?

In this case, we recommend that you subscribe to the stock alert that you can find under the purchase button on the product page itself. In addition, if you need any clarification or additional information, you can contact our customer service whenever you need.

16.Why does my credit card statement show Leask Sl?

Leask Sl is the legal name of Powerplanetonline, so when you buy from Powerplanetonline, Leask Sl will appear on your invoice as well as on other documents.
